Through clear, scenario-based lessons you’ll learn how to set classroom norms, recognize early warning signs (including subtle behavioral and academic changes), intervene safely without escalating, and document incidents accurately using the “5 W’s,” evidence collection, and chain-of-command reporting. A dedicated module covers cyberbullying—how to preserve screenshots and messages, block without responding, report abuse to platforms, and involve law enforcement when threats appear. You’ll also learn to coordinate impartial investigations, partner effectively with families and community resources, and—if your school uses a reporting tool—fold anonymous tips and incident tracking into your daily workflow.

Each module ends with a short quiz, and the course concludes with a comprehensive final. Upon successful completion, we’ll mail your certificate to the address you provide.
